What is the IP rating of the heaters?

Our heaters have IP65 protection. This means they are fully protected against dust and water jets. Perfect for use under a canopy or veranda. We do recommend not exposing the heater completely to rain without a canopy.

What do I need 9 heat settings for?

Not every evening is equally cold. With 9 settings, you can adjust the warmth precisely to what you need. On a mild spring evening, you set it to level 3, on a cold autumn evening to level 8. This way, you never use more energy than necessary and are always comfortable.

How do I operate the heater via the app and remote control?

Our Smart models come with a remote control and can be connected to the Tuya Smart app. Through the app, you can turn the heater on and off, set the heat level, and set a timer — all from your phone. The remote control does the same, which is handy if you don't have your phone with you.

How much warranty do I have?

All Heatix products come with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty. Is something wrong? Contact us and we will fix it.

What is the difference between the three lines of wall models?

Smart Golden Shadow – Emits almost no visible light. Ideal if you purely want heat without an orange glow. The most popular choice for sleek, modern patio covers.
